John Denver rocks the ICU!

This morning Dad ate a big breakfast of an omelet and oatmeal. He sat upright and was very awake for most of the morning. The Physical Therapist came in and showed us a few exercises that he should start doing to strengthen his muscles. Uncle Neal, Aunt Karen, and Grandpa Voss stopped by to see dad and take mom out to lunch. Dad had a scrumptious lunch of fish, potatoes, and something that resembled peas. At least he had a chocolate milk shake to wash it all down with. Lisa and dad enjoyed humming along to John Denver together today. There still aren't any significant changes from yesterday. Just more waiting and praying...
